"Showed up late, but it worked out"
It arrived later than expected, which was a little annoying, but everything seemed fine once it got here. I guess I can’t really complain too much since it all worked out in the end.

I was able to find what I needed easily, which was nice. The only thing was the checkout page kept loading for a while, and I wasn’t sure if it was just my connection or the site acting up. Has anyone else had that happen?

"Pretty much what I expected"
I waited almost two weeks for it to arrive, which just confirmed what I already suspected about ordering from here. I had a feeling the shipping would be slow, and sure enough, it was. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

"Decent products, frustrating return process"
The products were fine overall, but returning one item was way more annoying than it should’ve been. I had to email twice just to get things moving, and the refund took almost three weeks. What really bothered me was the lack of any actual human contact, everything felt slow and impersonal. I probably won’t order direct again, honestly.

I’ve been loyal to this brand for a while, so I really wanted this to work for me. Unfortunately, it just didn’t fit into my usual routine at all. The products didn’t layer well with what I already use, and it kind of threw everything off. I’m torn because I usually trust this brand, but this one just wasn’t a good match for me.

"Didn’t work for my dry, sensitive skin"
I really wanted to like this, but it just wasn’t a good match for my dry sensitive skin. After using it, my cheeks started stinging and I ended up breaking out. I was also a little confused because the email made it sound like one thing, but my experience was totally different. Unfortunately, I won’t be using it again.

"Not what I expected at all"
I was excited to try these products because the site made everything seem so premium, but the delivery was a letdown. My order showed up in a flimsy box with barely any padding, and one of the bottles was already leaking. Everything on the outside felt sticky, and the seal didn’t even seem properly protected. For the price, I expected way better packaging, not this messy experience. Definitely doesn’t match what they promise, and I won’t be ordering from the site again.

"Didn’t really help with dryness"
I tried it hoping it would make my skin feel more hydrated, but it still felt dry after using it. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just didn’t do much.

"Made My Acne Worse :/"
I really wanted this to work for me, but after using it for a bit, my acne actually got worse :( My skin started breaking out more than usual, so I had to stop. Definitely not the result I was hoping for.

"Not as gentle as I hoped"
Some of the products were fine and seemed to work okay, but a few of the ingredients felt way too harsh on my skin. I was expecting something much gentler, so when my skin started feeling irritated I was like, how is this okay? Not the best experience for me.

"Decent, but not worth the hassle"
I’ve liked a few Cosrx products before, but this one had me feeling like… why is this so complicated for results that are just okay? For the price, I expected a bit more. It didn’t do anything terrible to my skin, but it also didn’t impress me enough to buy it again.

I got my order from cosrx.com and was excited to see the free samples/gifts included. It’s always a nice little bonus. But then... yeah, not so much. One of the samples was basically almost empty, and the gift didn’t really suit my skin at all. Shipping was fine, no big issue there, but I expected a little more thought and care with the extras.

"Sticky and Just Not for Me"
I really wanted to like this, but the texture felt so weird on my face. Kind of gluey, honestly. It didn’t sink in at all and just sat there feeling sticky for hours, which was... yeah. Not for me, unfortunately. Feels like wasted money.

"First impression wasn’t great for my sensitive skin"
I ordered from cosrx.com expecting it to be gentle, so my first impression was a little disappointing. Right after using it, my skin felt tight and had a slight stinging feeling, which usually isn’t a good sign for me. It might be totally fine for other people, but for my sensitive skin, it just didn’t work out

"Didn't really do much for me"
I used the COSRX snail mucin and a toner for a few weeks and I didn’t notice any difference. My dry patches were still there and I started getting a few tiny bumps after using it too. Maybe other people have better luck with it but for me it just felt like a waste of money. Disappointing.

I ordered from cosrx.com and ran into a delivery issue, so I reached out to customer service hoping for some actual help. Unfortunately, it felt like there wasn’t a real person on the other end. The replies were slow and mostly sounded like the same copy-and-paste message, without really answering what I was asking. I followed up a couple of times and still didn’t get anywhere. I do like some of their products, but dealing with support was frustrating.

I don’t know, it just feels a little fake to me. Maybe it’s the look or the way it’s put together, but after using it for a bit, I’d say it seems kind of off compared to what I expected

"I do really like COSRX products..."
I do really like COSRX products, but the promo experience on their site was frustrating. My sister and I were looking at a sale, and a discount code showed up on cosrx.com, but then it wouldn’t actually work when I got to checkout. I reached out to support and it took a while to hear back too. The products are good, but the whole sale process wasn’t great

"Not sure I can trust COSRX anymore"
I used to really like COSRX and recommended them to people, but lately I feel kind of let down. The brand seems way more hyped than it used to be, and some of the promises they make about the products just don’t feel like they actually hold up. It’s frustrating when you buy something expecting the results they talk about and it just doesn’t deliver. I’m not saying everything is terrible, but I definitely don’t feel as confident buying from them again.
